Sarah danced from an early age and at seventeen went off to study a three year course at Performers Dance College in Essex passing major exams in all genres and gaining her ISTD teaching qualifications.
After graduating she went on to perform in commercial TV and theatre in England and abroad including The Brit Awards, Mobo Awards, Michael Barrymore, Johnathan Ross and many more. She has appeared in music videos, record launches and tours working alongside Take That, Robbie Williams and Cher. She has performed at The Clothes Show and various fashion and hair shows all over the world. She was also part of the CSE entertainment team who provided live entertainment to the British Armed Forces wherever they were deployed.
Since finishing her professional career she has gone into teaching and choreographing. She has also added to her qualifications as an Acrobatic Arts instructor. Sarah is very proud to now be running her own dance school alongside Katie where she can inspire young dancers and pass on her knowledge, passion and love of dance.
Katie has danced since the age of 3 and at 16 gained a place on the professional dancers and teachers of dance course at Preston dance college, where she passed many major exams in different genres, and gained her teaching qualifications.
After having her son Leo she then attended Centre Pointe college gaining further teaching qualifications.
Katie has attended many workshops with dancing professionals including Wayne sleep and the English Youth Ballet.
Upon graduating Katie gained 11 years teaching experience as a freelance dance teacher before opening Dance Attack with Sarah.
Katie is really excited to share her passion and love of dance with her students and inspire them through her enthusiasm and knowledge.
